1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ryzeflo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Ryzeflo is an AI-powered productivity application that helps users manage tasks, organize goals, and track progress. The Service includes:

  • Task creation, organization, and management
  • AI-powered task breakdown and enrichment
  • Cloud synchronization (optional, requires account)
  • Local storage option (no account required)
  • Push notifications for task reminders

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may use Ryzeflo without creating an account (using local storage) or create an account to enable cloud synchronization. When creating an account, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates others' rights

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

5.3 Data Backup

While we implement security measures, you are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any loss of data, whether stored locally or in the cloud.

6. AI Features and Third-Party Services

Ryzeflo uses AI services (OpenRouter AI with free models) to provide intelligent features. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated suggestions
  • AI processing is subject to third-party terms and limitations
  • We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ryzeflo and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Payment Terms

Currently, Ryzeflo is free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future:

  • You will be notified of pricing and payment terms before any charges
  • Payment is required in advance for subscription services
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy (to be defined if paid features are introduced)
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or failures
  • Third-party service outages
  • Force majeure events

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in Settings or by contacting us.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will delete your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Service
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYZEFLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Business interruption or loss of business opportunities
  • Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ryzeflo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your User Content

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
